You are what you eat. Diet cures more than doctors do.

American consumers, especially women have been bombarded with to a lot of scientific advice. As we eagerly seek out the latest news about diet and nutrition, advice seems to change every few months. Eggs are good or not? First one study told us eggs are bad, but later another study is reported eggs are good.

This reminds me of Dorothy in the movie The Wizard of OZ. Dorothy simply needs to find a way home and thought only the wizard can help. Finally she realized the wizard is not really a wizard at all and she has the power to help herself.

The supermarkets are full of foods with a few ingredients. You eat every day with a few ingredients that are combined and recombined in many different ways; Many of them are highly refined, nutrient-poor food items with an incredibly long shelf such as white sugar and white flour.

Many women today are beginning to see that their doctors are not wizards any more. We are the wizards of ourselves.

Forget about scientific names like carbohydrates, protein, fats, cholesterol, vitamins and minerals. Healthy eating should be simple. No food is good if you overuse it, such as meats and sugar.

Reduce your intake of industrialized foods. Have you realized how simple your food ingredients are? Since modernization, raw ingredients are reduced to few choices. In supermarkets, you see a lot of foods. In fact, their basic ingredients are simple. Most of them are beef, milk, wheat, potato, tomato, pea, and lettuces.

Food diversification is the key for good nutrition: I think many modern diseases are caused by reduced raw ingredients. Today, allergy and diabetes are epidemic. Allergy treats a few foods are friends and others are enemies. The best solution is to introduce more foreigners to your body.

There are hundreds of tropic fruits and Asian vegetables. Each has a different positive impact on our health. The best diet is to get the full spectrum of nutrients.
